A simple, practical accessory for continuing to use your traditional Italian coffee maker on an induction hob.

The Bialetti coffee-maker induction relay acts as a heat diffuser between your induction hob and your non-compatible aluminum coffee-maker. Its steel composition captures the heat from the plate and releases it evenly to the base of the coffeemaker, for even extraction. Its bakelite handle ensures a secure grip and comfortable handling, even when hot.

Suitable for coffee makers up to 6 cups (270 ml).

To use: place the relay centered on the induction zone, then place the coffeemaker on it before switching on the hob. Use medium power for a gradual heat-up. After use, allow to cool completely before handling. Clean with hot water, then dry thoroughly.

Compatible with small utensils not suitable for induction.
