The tagine dish (Ø28cm) features a solid cast-iron base that stores heat and redistributes it evenly: slow cooking that releases the flavors of vegetables, melts meats and caramelizes onions. The black enameling on this base is wear-resistant, making it a long-lasting utensil.
The beautiful cream-colored ceramic lid allows the aromas of the ingredients to mingle easily in a light steam that can be inhaled by lifting the lid to adjust the dosage ofa skilful blend of spices.
The tagine can be used on the gas stove, in the traditional oven and also on induction hobs, unlike classic terracotta tagine dishes.
Easy to clean in the dishwasher.
