Previously widely used in Tunisia, this special stewpot is used as an oven for baking cakes, but also meat, complete dishes and tagines. Lightly grilled on top, then baked underneath.

The dishes cooked in it are quickly ready, and consume very little energy.

This Palestinian oven was once used by people who didn't have an oven at home.

The pot, equipped with a sort of "chimney" in the middle, allows the heat to spread everywhere, so cooking is done perfectly over the gas flame.

Perfect for camping, this portable oven is the perfect replacement for a traditional oven, allowing you to bake cakes and other dishes with a simple gas stove. Pay particular attention to the speed of cooking when you're not yet familiar with your Palestinian oven.
