Sherry wine vinegar. A superb D.O.C. vinegar that comes from Andalusia. Ideal for raw vegetables and the deglazing of sauces and meat juices, it is also fabulous associated with walnut oil, and wonderfully flavors the cream sauce of artichokes, endive salad and calf's liver.

Description

A vinegar with a controlled designation of origin, a little-known grand cru, which comes from Andalusia, Spain, and more precisely from Jerez de la Frontera, near Seville. This vinegar, made from sherry or sherry, matured in oak barrels for many years, has a dark color, a full and robust taste, very dry, with a lot of body.

Beneficial for the digestive system and the appetite. Already relatively aged, it is highly resistant to the wear and tear of time and air.
