A Corsica-shaped cookie cutter in stainless steel, made in France by the oldest manufacturer specialising in pastry moulds, since 1887.
A choice ally for cutting out cakes, shortbreads, pastry decorations, sugar paste, marzipan — and why not the traditional fiadone, or the famous canistrelli in the shape of Corsica!
It can also be used for savoury preparations such as pizzas; the only limit is your creativity. This cutter comes in 3 sizes (length from Cap Corse to the South):
