Seasonal Cooking
Seasonal cooking, what we bring out at this time of year: the panisse mould, made for us by the oldest mould factory in France, and its pusher, the fish scaler, the squeeze-type lemon and orange presses. The olive wood mortar is made by hand by a Provençal craftsman. The orange blossom water comes straight from the cooperative.
