Garlic pitter press in cast aluminium

Quick recipe: Spaghetti aglio e olio.

- Cook your pasta according to the instructions on the packet.

- In a well-oiled frying pan over low heat, add 3 bird's eye chillies and 3 garlic cloves previously crushed with a garlic press. Remove before the garlic browns.

- When the pasta is cooked, toss it back and forth in the sauté pan, remove the bird peppers and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
