Bread lame with replaceable blades

Scoring is the cut that makes the loaf: a clean incision in the raw dough, which guides the rise during baking and gives the crust its characteristic relief. This bread lame is designed so that the cut is precise, smooth and repeatable, whatever dough you are working: baguette, country loaf, wholemeal or a round loaf.

The kit includes five interchangeable non-stick stainless steel blades, along with a protective cover. The non-stick stainless steel keeps the dough from sticking to the blade, giving a clean cut without tearing the surface. The blades are easily swapped once they are too worn.
