Description
This Microplane V-blade mandoline brings two blades together in one compact tool: a V blade for slices, a julienne blade for sticks. The centre section is reversible - you take it out, turn it over, and switch from one result to the other without changing tools. Genuinely versatile, it simplifies the worktop without compromising on precision.
Thickness adjustment is continuous, from paper-thin to very thick, so the cut can be matched to each recipe and each ingredient. The Microplane blades, sharpened with the care the brand is known for, glide through fruit, vegetables and cheese with a cleanness and regularity that are hard to achieve with a knife.
