Description
Born of the cutlery tradition of Solingen — the German town known worldwide as "the city of blades" — this knife is made entirely by hand using artisanal methods.
Its stainless steel blade is cold-hardened, a process that improves the steel's structure, increases the blade's hardness and gives it great resistance to corrosion.
The one-piece construction, from blade to handle, ensures excellent stability and constant balance in the hand.
The absence of joints makes cleaning easier, allows dishwasher use and meets the hygiene requirements of professional kitchens.
