The Mineral B pancake pan from De Buyer is designed for quality cooking and easy storage. Its low skirt makes it easy to flip and sauté pancakes, while its steel plate ensures even heat distribution for well-browned, slightly crispy pancakes.

Protected by a fine layer of beeswax, it resists oxidation and cooks quickly, forming a naturally non-stick surface from the very first use.

Compatible with all types of cooker, including induction, it can be fitted with a removable TWISTY handle (sold separately). Its format makes it easy to store, saving valuable cupboard space.

Care instructions:
After use, deglaze, rinse with hot water, wipe dry and apply a light film of oil.
Avoid detergents and dishwashers.
