Maison Empereur dress jacket
Description
A mythical marine garment, the jacket has been passed down through the generations for its simplicity and robustness. Maison Empereur wanted to reinterpret it in a city version, in collaboration with Le Minor, a historic Breton manufacturer that reinvents traditional seafaring garments.
This coat was once the emblematic garment of the sailor. Today, the jacket is highly prized in the fashion world, appreciated by men and women alike for its comfort and aesthetic appeal.
A soft, modern jacket
This jacket has a loose, timeless cut, with a slightly blousy fit, designed for comfortable, elegant wear. It features ribbed sleeves and a sailor collar, and stops at the hips for a balanced silhouette. Knit in 100% merino wool, particularly soft and supple, it's non-itchy and warm despite its thinness. Available in navy or ecru, it's easy to wear everyday in winter, or mid-season.
