The Aile de Pigeon is a flagship model from Laguiole cutlery in Aubrac, where craftsmanship has been handed down for generations. Each knife reflects traditional craftsmanship, where finesse of gesture and attention to detail make for objects that are both functional and elegant.

The handle features the "Pigeon Wing" motif, inspired by the prestigious knives of the 19th century, once carved in ivory. The modern version uses dense, carved blond horn, which gently evokes the plumage of the eponymous bird. This material combines solidity, comfort to the touch and discreet refinement.
