The CERANOA pan in recycled forged aluminum and PFAS-free ceramic is ideal for delicate cooking: fish, vegetables, sauces or simmered dishes. Its sturdy design guarantees excellent resistance to deformation and impact, while the aluminum ensures a rapid, even temperature rise.

Optimal for simmering, reducing, reheating or pan-frying, it should be used at medium to low temperatures, particularly on induction.
