Use & Care

Use: This mold is designed for oven baking. Before each use, remember to lightly butter and flour to facilitate clean removal from the mold.

Care: Hand-wash in lukewarm water, using a non-abrasive sponge. Avoid aggressive products, which could alter the tin plating. Dry carefully to prevent oxidation.

Tip: Copper naturally develops a patina over time, without impairing its qualities. To restore its original lustre, simply use a specific copper cleaner.
