A practical accessory for preparing butter portions to take along in your picnic basket.

Cream the butter at room temperature to fill the wooden mould. Unmold by pushing the stick to obtain a 20g portion with a beautiful pattern. Afterwards, you can leave it to rest in the fridge to firm up.

Choice of pattern: small bird or rosette
