These Richelieu table knives embody the rigorous craftsmanship of a French cutlery tradition going back over 150 years. Manufactured in a factory with the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV) label, this set reflects recognized expertise handed down through generations in the heart of the Thiers region, the historic capital of cutlery.

With their sand-colored polished composite handles, these knives adopt a sober silhouette, with no concessions on efficiency. Their long, sharp stainless steel blade ensures a clean cut, equally suited to meats, vegetables and cheeses.

Each knife measures 22 cm and is distinguished by good balance in the hand. Sturdy and pleasant to use, they are also easy to maintain, and dishwasher-safe (up to 50°C) with no damage to the handle or loss of sharpness.
