This two-layer non-stick coated steel baking tray is made in France by the oldest manufacturer specialising in pastry moulds since 1887.

Designed for perfect baking, it gives a golden exterior and a soft interior for financiers or rose de Reims biscuits.

Thanks to its quality coating (guaranteed PFOA and PFOS free), reinforced with thick, sturdy ceramic, there's no need to add fat to the bottom of your mould before baking.

Available in 2 formats: 6 financiers (38 x18 cm) or 12 mini-financiers (29 x 19.8 cm), this professional-quality baking tray will satisfy all your sweet tooth desires.
