Designed and manufactured entirely in France, its beech wood body comes from PEFC-certified French forests.

Equipped with a patented adjustment system, this mill lets you choose precisely from six pre-set grind levels, ranging from very fine (position 1) to coarse (position 6), allowing you to adjust the grind to suit your culinary desires: a fine grind will be ideal for sublimating a delicate sauce, while a coarser grind will go perfectly with steak or foie gras.

The steel mechanism of this mill, specially designed for pepper, slices rather than crushes the peppercorns, releasing the full richness of their aromas.

It's perfect for grinding not only black, white, green or red peppers, but also pink berries (maximum 15% in a blend) and coriander seeds.
