- The pepper mill is ideal for grinding black, white, green or red peppers, pink berries (maximum 15% in a pepper blend) and coriander seeds.
- The salt mill is designed for dry salt crystals (rock salt). Do not use for wet sea salt, dried sea salt or pepper.
