Double grill for barbecue

Manufactured by a Spanish company, these grates have been designed for barbecuing fish and other seafood.

The double grid (1 cm between bars) for sardines and octopus is also suitable for small fish, salmon and tuna slices, shellfish, sausages and minced steaks.

The squid grid, with its very fine mesh (0.5 cm square), is specially designed for grilling squid without the tentacles protruding through the holes, and can therefore also be used for slices or thin strips of vegetables or meat, bacon, wild asparagus, etc.
