Description
The Facette set includes four table knives with ash handles, a solid, elegant wood. The wood comes from the forests of the Jura region, and is light beige to white in color, with a slight blond veining formed by regular lines.
High-quality stainless steel blades (55-57 HRC) are optimized for excellent sharpness and abrasion resistance. These knives are designed to withstand regular contact with hard materials, such as ceramics, while remaining easy to resharpen.
