The rising and falling fluids, while giving you a superb show, will also make for delicious coffee as smooth as you'd find in your forefathers' kitchens.

Instructions for use:

-Pour water heated to 95°C (just before it boils) into the bottom jar.

- Rinse the filter with hot water and place it in the upper jar (make sure the seal is watertight)

- Add 14/20 g of ground coffee to the upper jar.

- place burner under coffee maker.

- Stir briefly as the water begins to rise, to saturate the coffee.

- Reduce the flame when all the water is in the top jar and stir.

- Leave to brew for 60-90 seconds before removing the burner.

- Once the coffee has gone down, remove the top jar and pour into the tases.
