What could be better in Spring than to plant a mass of basil, mint or chives, which will find their way onto your plates the following summer, but which will also bring the sweet fragrance of our grandmothers' gardens outside?

- Green anise: April to May.

- Basil grand vert: April to May.

- Basil marseillais: April to May.

- Very fine Danish chives: February to May.

- Cultivated coriander: March to June.

- Perennial marjoram oregano:

- Peppermint: March to July.

- Common parsley: April to May.

- Dark green curly parsley: February to September.

- Rosemary: April to June.

- Sage: April to May.

- Organic Provence thyme: March to July.
