Description
All the Opinel tradition in a giant version: a natural varnished beech handle, soft curved lines, a fine, precise blade in modified Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel for a clean, silky cut, and a leather thong to take it everywhere with you.
This Opinel, much prized by knife collectors, is truly outsized: it reaches almost 50 cm when open.
Its 22 cm blade makes it particularly handy for carving meat at barbecues and country meals.
Fitted with a Virobloc ring that locks the blade open (safety in use) or closed (safety in transport).
