This understated knife was born in a small cutlery factory near Thiers, where the family heritage continues to thrive. A symbol of family values and French know-how, it embodies a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity.

With its juniper handle (a type of wood harvested in Provence) and visible screws, this knife combines elegance and durability.

The blade is forged from Sandvik steel, a stainless, sharp and easy-care material. The wide, rounded tip not only looks modern, but also provides additional functionality (e.g. for spreading butter).

Its name, 20/20, echoes the year of its creation, 2020, as well as its dimensions: 20 cm long and 20 mm high, once the blade is open. Thanks to these modest dimensions, this knife is easy to hold and can be easily stored in any pocket.
