Still made in France by an historic manufacturer, it is now available in a choice of 3 versions:

- Vegetable Razor: Peel fruits and vegetables with disconcerting ease, thanks to its razor-sharp double blade.
- Julienne Peeler: Turn your vegetables into perfect julienne strips quickly and effortlessly.
- Tomato Peeler : Thanks to its micro-serrated blade, remove the skin from tomatoes without damaging the tender flesh.

The handle and blade are made entirely of stainless steel, making the Castor dishwasher-safe.
