Description
Recipe idea: Put one or two snails, previously cooked in the broth, at the bottom of each small pot.
Add some tomato confit that you will have quickly chopped, a dab of snail butter and a teaspoon of cep juice. Close each jar with a bread crouton and put it in the oven.
