Enamel is a very sturdy material that doesn't break; it is durable, stays shiny, and its colours are highly resistant. It can, however, chip if knocked.

How to use it

• Fill the cezve with water (50 ml per person), sweeten to taste.
• Add one small teaspoon of coffee per person, plus one for the pot.
• Bring to the boil until a foam forms on the surface.
• Remove the cezve from the heat.
• Sip it gently, so as not to swallow the grounds.

Care:

• never put an enamel product in a microwave oven
• dishwasher-safe
