Pâte de Luxe polishes are made by Saphir, the historic French manufacturer specialising in shoe and leather care — you can find its story and full range here.
They are based on beeswax, carnauba wax and turpentine, for an impeccable shine.
They are used as the final step in leather care, to bring shine: we recommend applying to leather that has first been cleaned and conditioned.
Apply the Pâte de Luxe with a polishing cloth in circular movements for an even finish. The paste is not absorbed by the leather but settles on its surface to waterproof it. We therefore advise finishing with a good brush buffing of the pair of shoes.
Saphir polish paste comes in several colours, for a polish that lightly refreshes the shoe's colour.
