How to use the pasta machine?
- This model allows you to use 2 rollers: to flatten and to cut the dough
- Put the dough in the first roller to flatten and smooth it in several passes
- Choose the second roller and choose the cutting shape
- Maximum width of dough: 15 cm
- 3 pasta formats in record time: fettuccine (6mm), tagliolini (1.5mm), lasagna (150 mm)
- Choice of 10 positions for different thicknesses (0.6 mm to 4.8 mm)
- 220 volt voltage
A more convenient model to use than a hand-cranked machine. The machine is easy to clean after each use: we recommend frequent cleaning, avoiding leaving the machine to soak in water and using a hard bristle brush for hard-to-reach areas.
