The diameter of this model is too narrow to be installed in a standard flush-mounted box according to current standards. If you still want to frame it with a box, you have 2 solutions

• use the surface-mounted plate adapter here and a porcelain plate here
• use an aged beech plate, no need for an adapter in this case, see here
