Soapstone has been used for thousands of years in craftsmanship for its brilliance, density and especially for its extreme resistance to fire. This stone casserole is suitable for slow cooking at low temperatures as well as for searing at high heat. Its thick lid allows you to steam all foods while keeping their flavors.

This utensil has a raw and contemporary design with the unique veining of the soapstone and has a nice ring and copper handles for a more traditional look.
