Opinel "Essentials" box in beech wood

This set consists of 4 different blades: 1 multi-purpose paring knife, to slice, mince, peel fruits and vegetables and trim meats (blade 1.5 mm thick and 10 cm long), 1 serrated knife with its micro-serrated blade to slice tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs or kiwi (blade 1.5 mm thick and 10 cm long), 1 vegetable knife with its curved blade and its scraping back to clean young shoots, organic vegetables and thus preserve vitamins (blade 1.5 mm thick and 7.5 cm long), 1 peeler for a quick and efficient peeling of vegetables and fruits, for right and left handed people (blade 0.8 mm thick and 6 cm long).
