Advice for use:

Flour abundantly the interior of the banneton then deposit your paste
Once your dough is in the basket, cover it with a warm and slightly humid cloth
The basket should not be filled completely with dough because the bread will rise
After rising, turn your bread dough out onto a baking sheet, at this point you can make decorative cuts on the top with a pastry cutter and then put it in the oven
After use, remove the excess flour and dry it
Store it in a dry place until next use
