Linen wax crib

Since 1858, the Ciergerie des Prémontrés has perpetuated centuries-old know-how in the making of candles and wax pieces. This wax nativity scene embodies the heritage of this unique historic manufacture, combining tradition and innovation — today the last candle works still active in Provence.

Every detail is meticulously moulded and inspected, from the expressions of each figure's face to the drape of the garments, then finished by a master candlemaker.
