This frying nest basket is essential to make nice little baskets of fried potatoes

These nests can then be filled with meats or vegetables to make delicious and well presented appetizers that will delight all your guests.

Composed of two stainless steel moulds: an outer one, larger to place the grated potatoes and an inner one to give the potatoes a nest shape. To cook, immerse the nest in boiling oil for 15 minutes while stirring. It will start to brown and you can then remove the inner mold while leaving your nest in the oil. After 45 seconds, your nest is ready, you can drain it and unmould it
