Tirot
Since 1946, this workshop in Romagné has perpetuated a unique know-how: building sailable toy boats in beech. Francis Tirot, its passionate founder, had the intuition to transpose his craft as a woodworker into naval miniature.
The "Living Heritage Company" distinction and the "Fabriqué en France" award attest to this artisanal excellence. Each sailing boat is born of the meeting between beech from Breton forests and preserved ancestral gestures. No plastic, no industrialisation: drawknife, chisel and patience shape each hull according to the rules of naval craft.
Maison Tirot embodies that artisanal France which refuses to compromise. Its boats carry the Breton soul and the memory of an age-old know-how. To choose a Tirot sailing boat is to pass on the taste for fine workmanship.
