Mauviel
Mauviel has been making pots and pans in Villedieu-les-Poêles, Normandy, since 1830. The town has worked copper since the 12th century, and that is where Ernest Mauviel set up his workshop. Nearly two centuries on, the company is still in the family: the seventh generation runs it, and everything is still made in Villedieu, in copper, stainless steel and aluminium. You find these pans with professional chefs as much as in home kitchens.
We offer the M'Cook stainless steel range, five layers of metal that work on every hob, induction included: saucepans, sauté pan, frying pan, flared sauté pan and stockpot. In copper, the mixing bowl, the bain-marie and the potato steamer. And two pieces you don't see everywhere: the aluminium turbot poacher and the pandoro mould.
